Pros: this hotel is very near to Senado square (3 mins walk) and the big yaohan shopping mall is diagonally across the road. Reception is friendly and helpful, no self help laundry and dryer in Metrople hotel. The famous cafe e nata egg tart is also 2 mins walk from this hotel =) Cons: No free shuttle from the ferry terminal. The hack is to take the free shuttle bus from ferry terminal to Grand Lisboa (take note there are 2 Lisboa hotel, 1 in Taipa and 1 in Cotai). You need to alight at the cotai one (should be the first stop before it crosses the bridge to taipa). However it is a 8 to 10 mins walk from Grand Lisboa to Metropole, not very convenient if you have many luggage/ kids. Hotel is also a bit old but still manageable...
