Forgot your room key? no worries, as you can open door by any card without any hessle because there is a hugh gap between door and lock. This room comes with plumbing noise and it could wakes you up whenever someone using water. Report such matters to the receptionist, she said they were fully booked and no othe room available. Before she leaves, she was friendly enough to remind me DOUBLE LOCK the room before sleep.thank you, it really useful. I made this booking via a world famous OTA AGODA, the representative recommended make a deal with hotel by my myself, as nothing else they can do if hotel reject to offer anything. This hotel policy is no room change, no refund and not even cancel booking. Think twice before make booking with this hotel and AGODA. FYI this room cost nearly 100usd/night. Bad experience in staying in this hotel. Total 5 nights in this hotel but they never offered housekeeping service until we asked them to come clean our room. Receptionist was rude and not helpful especially poor in English. The day we check out they even refuse to call a cab for us to go airport. At the end, three of us (girls) push the big luggage walk in the rain!!! to largo senado to get taxi to airport. Weird smell in the bathroom and the water heater is very old style. Have to wait long time for hot water to ready and only last for 10-15min. The following person have to wait again for the hot water supply. Air conditioning not functioning. The only good is the location near city centre. Other than that, I don't think anything...

The price is reasonable. Building is old, but the room spacious. Really need a little bit deep cleaning regarding the dust. The receptionist need learn a bit English (even your cleaning services more fluent than your receptionist 😅). But your staff really helpful even lack of English 👍🏻

Plus" really near to every where and very near bus station. Many food seller and supermarket near. Also receptionist available 24 hours if you want late check in. You also can store your luggage before check in and after check out if you want to stroll more...
