For my wife and I, this is the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel. We’ve always wanted to stay at what is claimed to be a three star hotel, and we wanted to experience what it’s like to be here. We’ve stayed at Harborview hotel, which apparently is connected to the rocks hotel, as it’s part of the Macau, Fisherman’s Wharf Group. When we book hotels, we make sure that the hotel has a suitable gym, which at the very least should have an elliptical machine from my wife and some free weights for me. We found out later that Jim access will be at Harborview hotel, which we found quite surprising and satisfying because we like their gym. As for the room, the 40 square-foot room with balcony was surprisingly nice with two single beds that had relatively new sheets and a comfortable mattress. One thing also worth noting is that, though there are only four floors for the hotel, the venue for this hotel is extremely beautiful and photo worthy. The interior of the hotel has an 1800s Prague feel to it and you can tell that this hotel really cares about the upkeep and little details. Our room had a cute balcony where we took pictures and experienced the view of one of the Macau bridges, as well as the feeling of sitting outside, and enjoying a nice cup of tea. It’s also worth noting that all of their beauty care products are L’Occitane. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here...

The balcony is hard to beat. The ambience is very colonial and has a lot of nostalgia. It’s clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even made notes for us on a map with things to do, etc. Location is good for people who like it quieter away from all the hustle and bustle, but still very easy to get around via nearby hotel shuttles, buses, taxis, etc. also only two bus stops from the outer port (for going to and from HongKong) and a few stops from inner port to enter into mainland China via Zhuhai. A side note for travelers to Macau (not hotel specific): DO note the buses in Macau, especially 3, 3A (several different routes), are very confusing. We had a few detours to figure it out. Read the bus stop maps to make sure your destination is listed, and direction is right. Even the same bus number can run different lines - we are like did they run out of numbers? Why do...

This is a must recommended Hotel in Macau. Especially when you are comjng from a miles away place and looking forsome place tp stay in ypur vacation in macau. I haf checked in last april in this best hotel room 106. But prior to that i had an advance booking and they have acoomodated me. In my arrival, i was able totalk to one of the frontdesk agent; he greeted me and very welcoming to the guest coming in to the doorog the hotel. Aside from that. He also very handsome and clean looking he is jeffrey. He alsogive a bit information tp thedestination in macau. In terms of room, i was lookjnh for a calm but elegant room which the rocks hotel gave to me. A must recommended hotel when you visit macau. Unfortunately my tour didnt last that long but i willsurely comeback and visit this hotel. To the front deskstaff, keep up this best servjce guys. Willsurely tell it...

Quiet area with beautifully decorated room We have been here a few times, their rooms are well designed with old English decor, like Somewhere-in-time style. Spacious with comfortable big bed and beautiful bathroom. Love their balcony too, views at night are marvellous and calm. There are no casinos in here, so you wont see crazy crowd around. You may find it a bit inconvenient, as they do not have shuttle bus to and from the city (they have to/from pier and border), which maybe a con, but we definitely prefer this quietness over centre-located. Great service too, both at reception and concierge. Definitely will come back and recommend to families and couples.

A nice boutique hotel which was small - 3 floors only but with well decorated large rooms to fit it’s European theme. Small cafe n gym with a neat reception. Staff were helpful, and conversant in English. The cafe had a limited menu because it appeared that the entire hotel was under some external n internal renovation works. Balconies to rooms were locked n not accessible as well as the garden area facing the sea. Views were marred by wooden scaffolding. These were a definite minus.

The room was big and clean, really gorgeous. The bathroom was also amazing, with a big bath tub and a shower. The only small issue was that there was a slight smell of tabacco, probably from people smoking on the balcony with the door open. There's also a connecting door between the 2 deluxe rooms, and even if it's locked, it's not really sound proof. The food at the restaurant was delicious and portions were generous. 5 stars to the staff, they were very helpful and accommodating.
