Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended for International Travelers

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to China, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any hotel, whether Chinese or international. From the moment I arrived, I encountered issues that made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating.

First, the staff lacked basic English communication skills, making it extremely difficult for international travelers like myself to get assistance. Simple requests were either misunderstood or ignored, which led to delays and frustration. For a hotel that claims to cater to international tourists and businessmen, this was quite shocking.

The service was far from professional. My room was not cleaned properly, and when I asked for basic amenities like fresh towels or toiletries, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, and the facilities seemed poorly maintained.

Additionally, the food at the hotel restaurant was not up to international standards. The options were limited, and the quality was below average. For a business traveler who relies on convenience and quality, this was highly disappointing.
