My hotel stay at this establishment was very pleasant I stayed here for two weeks in the hotel suite with a Jacuzzi everything is very convenient there is a bank directly right next door if you need to withdraw money and it’s in English there are restaurants all around the hotel it’s a win-win the tourist attractions are kind of far away but for the most part you have everything you need the onlyThing that I did not like about my hotel suite is that it did not come with a mini refrigerator or a microwave or a iron but that’s OK because they have a dry cleaning service right on the strip room service was very nice and pleasant the staff was very nice and friendly and they went out of their way to make sure that I was accommodated I can see myself...

Hola mi experiencia en en este hotel fue terrible por dos personas en reservacion que fue una señora y un chico joven que esta ahi son muy malos educados y sin sinpatia y muy mal servicio primero el 14 de febrero 2023 llegue al país por primera ves y llegue temprano como las 1pm estaba muy cansada con un vuelo de 7 horas con hanbre sin dormil y le pregunte si podia hacer uso de la habitacion antes de las 3pm me dijo que no se podia al principio que no luego de yo insisto me dijo que esperara OK lo hice luego me el 16 de febrero me quede en otro hotel y ahi me quede por 15 días luego de realizarme una cirugia reducion de senos luego llegue otra ves al mismo hotel BOGOTA REGENCY por la razón de que la clínica me queda a una esquina del hotel hice una reservación por 8 días mas llego como a las 12 del día le digo a la chica que me deje usar la habitación antes de las 3pm ya que el hotel no estaba lleno y yo no tenia para donde ir y estaba cansada por la cirugía la chica se puso a discutir conmigo que no que era a las 3 pm tuve que dar vueltas en un taxi por dos hora hasta las 2pm regreso al hotel y el chico que llego de turno me dice que no que ya la otra chica le avisa dicho que era a las 3pm que a mi que me esperara ya yo muy molesta me siento en el restaurante ya lista para cancelar el supervisor vino hablar conmigo el resolvió el problema del horario del check in nos pudimos comunicar y gracias a el pude descansar pero en verdad las personas de reservación no tienen buen servicio al CLIENTE ahora veo el por que TODOS LOS MALOS COMENTARIOS DE RESERVACION Y ES VERDAD LE DOY UNA ESTRELLA AL SERVICIO POR EL PERSONAL DE RESERVACION UNA SITUACION MUY ESTRESANTE EN ESTE HOTEL POR ESTE PERSONAL DE RESERVACION POR QUE SI EL O ELLA ME DICE MIRA AHI UN CARGO ADICIONAL PARA ESE PROCEDIMIENTO PARA MI NO AVIA PROBLEMAS O SI NO SABEN LIDIAR CON ESTOS TIPOS DE SITUACIONES LLAMA INMEDIATAMENTE EL SUPERVISOR PAR QUE LAS COSAS NO ESCALEN A MAS YO EN VERDAD ESTOY MOLESTA TODAVIA DEL MAL RATO QUE PASE EN ESTE HOTEL NO CREO QUE YO VUELVA A ESTE HOTEL PARA HOSPEDARME POR QUE SE PUEDEN HACER EXCEPCIONES Y MAS SI LA PROPIEDAD NO ESTA LLENA O? Rooms smell bad and very old. Carpets are in a bad shape. Burned with cigarettes covered with the trash can and furniture. Front desk staff very unpleasant and rude. The lady Andrea is the worst, she rejected us our extended stay, even the friendly guy with glasses told us yes you can continue. She keep interrupted him to say NO. Is she owner of the hotel??? Guest are not allow in the room even to move in luggage, not sense. The worst part, breakfast: my partner was sick he couldn’t go down to eat. I asked for a breakfast to bring him up, NOT POSSIBLE!!!
