This hotel is conveniently located in Usaquén and its close to many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. Since our room was located at the north corner of the building faces the main avenue, it can get quite noisy because the windows doesn’t have any insulation to soundproof against the heavy traffic. Even though there is vending machine in the lobby area, but I do wish the hotel can provide us a bottle of water for daily turn down service. The rooms are very simple and the amenities are basic. I would love for the shower to have adjustable shower head since not everyone likes rain shower. The breakfast has good options of freshly prepared eggs and fresh fruit along with many drink options. If you are looking for a gym to work out, I would consider checking out (SmartFit) which is a local chain, I would think they might have guest passes or weekly membership option to choose from. Overall I think this hotel is a good solid 3-4 star hotel option for a casual family trip or quick work trip. I would not recommend it if you are looking for a luxury experience. W hotel is down the street if you want to have a 5 star...

BH Usaquen advertises itself and charges accordingly as a 4* Hotel, but it is nowhere near a 4* quality. If BH Usaquen advertised itself as a 2* or even a 3* hotel, I would have rated it better, but then again, I would not have booked this place if it was advertised as a 2* or a 3* Hotel. The point here is that when you put yourself in the big leagues, then you have to act accordingly. The hotel rooms do not have A/Cs. I mean a 4* hotel with no A/Cs. They give you a lousy fan. The room ddid not smell fresh. It was okay, but nothing that special. It was medium clean. No water to the guests. Breakfast is expensive. For the price this hotel, charges, I recommend that people should go to others nearby hotels. I would never stay here again, and don't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a 4* experience. I highly recommend that BH Usaquen includes breakfast on their standard rates and gives a small bottle of water/coffee or at least have something in the lobby that dispenses water for the guests...

Clean, contemporary, comfortable with friendly staff from reception to room service. A self serve breakfast was included, served on a bar in a dining room across from the reception desk (on Level 3). While nothing remarkable, the service is quite good and you can special order eggs and the staff will do their best to accommodate. Bed was comfortable with two types of pillow: firm and soft. Shower delivered hot water instantly but the shower control was finicky - and icy water might flow with a tap in the the wrong direction. Lavatory was on the small side but adequate. Room had all amenities, including Direct-TV, free wifi, safe, mini-bar, snacks, toilet kit, and on request an iron/ironing board. We never waited too long for an elevator. Of the various hotels in this chain that we’ve stayed at this one has the...

I really wished I could have given this hotel a better review. The building is new, but a lot of switches are badly installed, door locking bars have disappeared for some reason and the personnel is very noisy/loud all day long, when you may try to rest. The restaurant is closed at times when you realy need food, the kitchen closes early and has no night service, so the only chance is - to eat the overprized crackers in the room. Really? If you have room toward the Carrera 7, it might get loud, as the windows have no isolation whatsoever. On the good side, the view from the accessible roof top can be spectacular, depending on the ever changing weather in Bogota. The breakfast offers are good and the bar personnel is very friendly, helpful and quick.

The place is well located, near Usaquen but rooms are too loud since they carrera 7a one of the noisiest streets in the world, bathrooms, specially the showers are not that clean. Worst thing is service, they charge a 19% even to non-Colombian residents although law prevents them from doing so. They come with a bunch of excuses to charge you extra money, on call manager was rude. Run away from this place!
