Accurate and critical review of my experience:

Food: 4/5 - I think the all you can eat option is great and for the price it is fair enough for the gastronomic experience you get, however, not all of the sushi rolls are great, I would say that from the full offer it would be reduced to 3 or 4 options that are good (example: the tiger roll or the rainbow roll) but there are others that are absolutely disgusting such as the spicy tuna I'm an not sure if that was tuna, or just white fish marinated in food coloring, then in grace of those rolls that are kinda good it's a 4 otherwise It would be a 3 or less and, please don't add potato to sushi, if you want to fill up the customers then improve the service and food quality.

Service: 3/5 - I understand that making a sushi roll is an art and it takes time to do a good job but if they realize you are a fast eater they use it as an excuse to take ages to deliver a new order to your table I think the delivery time should be improved.

Atmosphere: 1.5/5 - even though food is good I felt eating at a house under construction, unmatching rooms, dirty windows and my wife almost fell from one of the chairs because it was broken and it had some of the screws loose, for a place that remains as full as I saw it I think it would be good to invest to transform the place into something more accurate resembling the theme of...

Very good sushi, but absolutely awful service brought about by poor management. The servers were all very nice people, but lacked the basic training to do their jobs. I've worked in restaurants and recognize when it's Management's fault. We waited over an hour for even our drinks to be brought to us. The soy sauce container was filled with teriyaki sauce. They brought neither wasabi nor ginger, then did so after talking with several staff members, but were super confused about why we each wanted that little dish in which to put them. Worst sushi ever. Tasteless, they put platano to everything 🤮 the waiter took forever to take the order and got it wrong. I asked for a drink and the waiter said I had to wait for the second order to get it. I couldn't order it. It was crowded but no reason why, 2 waiters taking care of the whole place.
