This what we could call this kind of hotel that play with you since you arrive.

When I called asking for 2 rooms with bathtub (as announced), the Sr informed that it has viability for the price of 120.000 Colombian Pesos and when you arrive you discover that the price is for simple rooms and there isn't availability for 2 rooms with bathtub and the price are 200.000 Colombian pesos.

After negotiation we decided stay in a simple rooms with late checkout with American breakfast.

Ok, we wakeup for the American breakfast and bet what happened? You can't choose what you can eat and, they offer eggs, cheese with bread. I asked for Bread and Cheese only and, the ladie said that don't have. Doesn't make sense as she offered bread, cheese and egg.

Meanwhile arrived another guy and he have me bread and cheese. I ate, and asked for more and... the ladie again said no...

Very nice American Breakfast isn't it?

So we asked for a fan, they looked at us and said that we were asking too much.

The shower was also playing with us. 1 minute hot water 5 minutes cold water.

I don't know how it has 4 stars in booking.

Worse...

It was for sure the worst stay that we ever had…. From the pick up that we arrange with the hotel that arrived 15 minutes late, small rooms without sound proof, so you will Listen the other guest snoring and walking all over the night and early morning, no hot water in the shower during the night and the worst two guest walk in on our room during the night completely drunk, we left the next morning we booked 3 nights we couldn’t stay one more minute there, the reception assure us that we will get a refund of the nights we didn’t stay after one week full of excuses and not even have the decency of reply us back They told us that it was not responsibility of the hotel and that they can not give us back anything! If you want to rest and have security and have good service just don’t go there find other options ! They are way better...

Small rooms, but clean and next to airport. Not well isolated. Breakfast starts at 7, we had to leave at 7 am so asked if we could have breakfast a bit earlier. The reception guy said yes just show up before and they should accomodate you, plus he said he would write an note. Next morning there was nobody at breakfast and the reception said there was no note. Good thing we only stayed one night, at least it's close to many restaurants and overall was clean rooms and very close to airport, but not...
