I came from Madrid to Bogotá, without a reservation for any Hotel. It was for me a nice experience as Backpacker. I stand for 3 nights and the people were very lovely and helpfull to me. I travelled in different nations. But that lovely and nice as in this area, even from the people arround, I never get. Really. Realicé un pago con tarjeta débito en un hotel y recibí confirmación del débito tanto en la app de Bancolombia como en la llamada virtual del banco. Sin embargo, el hotel informó que el pago aparecía como rechazado y exigió un nuevo pago.

Solicité que me contactaran si el pago no se reflejaba más tarde, pues los rechazos suelen evidenciarse de inmediato. Aun así, el hotel no aceptó mi posición y el propietario manifestó desconfianza. Como resultado, tuve que enviar a mi novia SOLA por adelantado, ya que debía viajar a Medellín. Perdí 40 minutos mientras en mi app finalmente se reflejaba el rechazo.

Situación terrible. Recomiendo solicitar a Bold que explique por qué hubo demora en la visualización...
