Hotel Pájara Pinta — Hotel in Cali

Nice hostel at a good price. We booked a double with private bathroom. We were given a room on the second floor of the hostel.

We liked the large bed with clean sheets. The mattress was also a little less hard than others we've had. The bathroom is small but quite clean and the shower has both hot water and a good water pressure.

The room is rather small and if you shut the window it gets muggy and humid very quickly. Since the window doesn't have a screen we had to keep it closed at night, but aired out the room during the day. The room does have nice natural light which is nice though.

The breakfast isn't included. It's only 6000 COP, but it's nothing special. Eggs, bread or arepas (they only had arepas on some days) and coffee. No fruit or juice or anything else. Wasn't bad, but we've had much nicer.

Staff was friendly and helpful enough. Very good location and good value for the money. The common areas are cute (they even have a jacuzzi type tub outside)....

Very nice hostel!! The Price is really low (cheapest in Town according to hostelworld) especially if you consider the great amount of free services that are included: best breakfast ever (free buffet with all you can want), outside swimmingpool, pool, salsa classes and more... Very nice structure too and close to the center! The admin claudia is a really nice person (but can t say the same of the girl that works there..). The only complain about the fact that the hot shower is only from 6 to 12 AM... Not a problem if you know it because you can ask them in Advance to Switch it on at a different time if you want to have a shower after that time... They didn t tell us so we didn t know and had little issues with that but still really...

Pajara pinta is very well located in the bario san antonio walking distance from main square, close to some of the best salsa clubs, bars, restaurants. there are a lot communal spaces: a lounge, a dining space, TVs with netflix, another lounge area upstairs, a warm swimming pool, a free of charge PC and a communal bar! the kitchen is large and well furnished too. good amount of bathrooms. |We booked a room that we saw on booking.com however got a different room. When we told them what the problem was they were very professional and realised the mistake- they got us the more spacious room.we booked. however the bedding wasnt the best - very hard , not that confortable.||other than that it was probably the best hostel...
