Used to be a good place. It's a nice looking hotel and the rooms are good. However there are a number of problems. You can hear everything from the iron patio furniture dragging on the deck directly above you, the secretary who talks loudly on her phone all day, the cleaning lady walks around talking on her phone frequently and banging around (especially if you're next to the cleaning room). We both loved the place and the rain shower it has … quite the experience!!
Plenty of hot water and the decor itself helps with relaxing… seriously
However… keep in mind that this place has stairs to get to the room level … a lot of stairs !!! But they are well maintained and well lit at night … I would only suggest that there be some more street lighting at night in front of the place …
The quality of the restaurants and shops in Granada are top notch and this place is close enough to go but removed enough so that there is not much traffic noise at night
Would I stay there again ?!! ...

She recommend some places for us to go for laundry service and other things around the city. Highly recommend staying if you’re in the area. Note: this hotel is in a rather fancy, expensive area so if you are budget traveling you will have to walk about a mile or 2 to get to more...
