Friendly and accommodating. The place was clean. Being across from the beach there was sand always and they were constantly cleaning and sweeping. We opted to have breakfast and dinner here and eat lunch elsewhere since we would be out for the day. The breakfast was always fresh fruit. You also received eggs and something else. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was great. If you were at the pool they would accommodate you by bringing your dinner to the patio by the pool. They always have coffee and fresh juice. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The shower water was warm, not hot, but okay for showering. There was an air conditioner in the room and 26 seemed to be the best temperature to set it on. It was not to cold or too hot. The hotel it's on the side of a big road. It's near of la ciudad amurallada, it's possible to get there walking, but at night seems to be too dark and not secure enough to walk.||The walls are dirty, there is plenty Of garbage, and the pool is full Of sand and surrounded by a disgusting plastic grass that you wont like to get in never. It seems that they dont improve any more their facilities. They call themselves as a gallery art hotel, that's not true at all. Breakfast is plain. -The price was awesome for a beachfront hotel. -The staff was friendly and helpful -I exercised and stretched with the staff each morning (they should advertise this) -The room was good. No hot water. No problem -The pool and hot tub was clean and nice -The daily breakfast was delicious, hot, plentiful and prompt. -There was always car service to El Centro/Mall/Airport -Upon arrival the front desk watched my luggage while waiting for my room.
