I am deeply disapointed and offended by the treatment in this hotel. 1. The first night they put me in into a totally different hotel: Los Puntales. In this hotel they put me in a room right next to the entrance and the reception. The room was extremely noisy and I could hear everything just like if I slept on the street. On top of that, the dust in the room was not cleaned and it didn't have a dining table (while in booking.com it said it has a dining table). The next day I had to move to Casa Amara. It's annoying dragging your luggage around the city at 32 degrees celsius. 2. This room was also extremely noicy. When they turned on the washing machine the whole house was shaking. Also when there is wind. the windows and the doors were shaking. If that doesn't keep you awake, the mosquitos will. There is no mosquitos net. 3. No hot water at all. 4. The staff speaks zero English. 5. They charged me extra 60000 COP for bringing another person into the room for half a hour, while the room I booked is for two and also the price in booking.com for 1 or 2 people is the same. They said that this is they're policy but when they checked me in, they haven't told me anything about this policy. 6. They put this basket of snacks in my room and didn't tell me it's not free. The snacks didn't have a price tag on it. Yet, when I started leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay it. I mean, usually hotels put price tags on stuff that are not free. 7. During the evening, you cannot enter and leave any time you like. They lock the door and the receptionist is not always there to unlock. One time she wasn't there and she didn't even leave a note of when she is going to return. This is the worst hotel I've been in.
