Just visited this hair salon for the first time and I’m genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. What stood out the most was how well they listened to what I wanted. My stylist, Douglas, was absolutely amazing – he really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure to check in with me throughout the haircut to see if I was happy with the progress.

The haircut itself was super professional and done with great care. Douglas has a really light and precise touch, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. And the end result? Absolutely fantastic – exactly what I had in mind.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I got a manicure, pedicure, shampoo, and haircut, and everything was done with great care and professionalism. There was a bit of a language barrier since I speak English and the staff spoke Spanish, but we made it work perfectly with Google Translate and images. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I was initially a bit nervous about getting my hair done since I have fine blonde hair, and I wasn’t sure if they would be familiar with my hair type. But they handled it beautifully! The cut was exactly what I wanted, and my hair felt amazing afterward.

Unfortunately I can‘t recommend this hair salon for women with short hair at all. I showed two pictures of me with the haircut I wanted. Now I have a completely different and 1-2 cm shorter hair cut than asked for. Last time I looked like this was when my hair broke off when I bleached it - like a plucked chicken. Some strands are longer and stick out, some are much shorter. But what do you expect when you make a complete hair cut without using proper scissors… She used thinning shears to cut ALL my hair. I have never seen anything like this. Very unprofessional. If you have short hair, I recommend you going somewhere else or cutting your hair yourself. In any case the result will be better than when...
