We are a couple of content creators who have visited over 60 countries, promoting exceptional destinations and sharing our experiences. After thorough research, we chose your hotel to experience and showcase its offerings. Considering the cost of the stay, we expected high-quality service and transparency.||Your team provided us with price lists and recommendations in advance. Based on these, we booked transportation, massages, and planned to arrange excursions. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the prices differed by 19% due to taxes, which were never mentioned beforehand—not in the price list, at check-in, or at any other point. When I inquired, I was told it was standard for this country and that the hotel was not obligated to disclose whether prices include taxes. This is unacceptable.||As a guest, I have the right to know if taxes are included before making bookings. Globally, businesses clearly indicate whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes. Your lack of transparency feels deceptive. Even after raising this issue with the manager, I didn’t receive an apology, just an explanation that taxes are standard and it’s my responsibility to pay them. This attitude is disappointing. Transparency and courtesy are basic expectations, especially for a premium hotel.||Additionally, we experienced poor service. Yesterday, the waiter was listening to private voice messages while we waited for the bill. After reminding him, he brought us the wrong bill twice before finally bringing the correct one—without an apology.||Finally, I had mentioned my birthday to your team, yet I didn’t receive so much as a “Happy Birthday.” Instead, I received a reminder from your manager that I must pay 19% extra on all services, which had not been...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tau House, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed by Jakeline, the receptionist who set the tone for the entire stay. Her warm and welcoming demeanor instantly made me feel at home.

The hotel itself is a hidden gem, nestled in a picturesque location with breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail.

Well, this is very nice, pleasant, comfortable Hotel, very peaceful with a natural cozy and beautiful landscape around the Hotel, not for individuals who like to party hard, it is just relaxing vibe, everything was fantastic, the Hotel staff were just great, everyone was exelente! They have some toys that you can rent on the hourly rate, like a boat and couple of jetskies where you can play in the water, very convenient dock area, The only downside for myself is that there is no pool in the Hotel, the one on the photos is only about one foot deep, more like fountain, however the is a nice jacuzzi large enough to fit 10 people, which you will have to share obviously, we had a wonderful gourmet, breakfast lunch and dinner, but you will have to be patient because the meal are prepared when you ordering them, since they are gourmet meals. We had the opportunity to go to guatape and the Peñol rock, very good short distance, we also enjoyed the food in the Guatape town and some other activities in the area, great...
