Stone — Restaurant in Guatapé

I understand there were difficulties because we were a group of 15 people, but that does NOT mean that they can make us wait for a hour to get us a cold food. We were 3 family, so we separated the order by family, and I saw the waiter write the orders on paper. After an hour, the waiter finally decided to bring us food after making eye contact for the first time in an hour and getting asked for food. After going through all the paper writing that the waiter did, he did not remember what we ordered. It was not like they didn’t remember what the family ordered, it was where the waiter did not remember what anyone ordered in the table. For whatever reason, the waiter was mad because he wasn’t able to figure who ordered a dish with a dish that no one ordered. All the customer that came before us was done eating by the time we GOT our food and no customer was left when we finished and was waiting for our food. The food was very cold when it arrived. Pechuga was very hard that my grandmother was not able to eat. The end, the waiter did have the paper he wrote when he took our order but still suffered to make the check for us to make.

The waiter that served us was “Sebastian M.” And his reasoning was, “I had to serve too many people.” Very good reasoning if serving your own family at house, but a horrible reason if you are working at a restaurant.

The view and bathroom was beautiful so if you want to go for a picture or bathroom, perfect. But if aiming for quick food or at least a delicious food with some kind of heat, I will NOT recommend...

First time trying a new spot at the rock in Guatape, and the last. It is pretty but terrible service and well considering the orders were wrong can't really say food is good when you didn't order it. If you want to have bad service and the wrong food this is your place. The restaurant closest to the rock has been amazing the last 4 times a little hard to find the entrance but the family actually takes your order and cares about you very sad I didn't give them my business today. The service was extremely slow, we ordered breakfast when only two tables were occupied and it took them 50 minutes for a simple order, even coffee and hot chocolate took the same time.
