Botanica Casa Hotel — Hotel in Medellín

Stayed here about 4 nights. The room was a little smaller than expected but it worked for me by myself. 2 people would not fit. Quiet most of the time if you are the only one staying there but you will know as soon as others arrive. Theres holes above the door in the wall for ventilatoon im guessing but makes for zero sound proof. You will hear everything outside your room. Bring earplugs just incase. No visitors allowed. Felt secure and great location. Bed was comfy and had many pillows. Roomwas cleaned daily with fresh towels. Power worked but lighting was dim. Water was warm. No drinking water provided but stores are near by. You get your own key to front door. Next time I think ill get a hotel room... this is more like a hostel with a central living room and dining area. I prefer a bigger room and privacy. The cost wasnt...

This hotel and the people were a dream! We loved our 5 night stay. Eduardo and staff were friendly, helpful and absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was fresh made by individual order every morning, with some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had! It is a great location for walking around and catching the metro. The space was always clean and quiet, the rooms unique with a comfortable layout. The courtyard was a perfect place to chill for a late night dinner under the stars! Staying here for our time in Medellin made our city experience perfect! If we ever return to Medellin this is where we would stay! Thank you...

This small, cozy place is about halfway between the Poblado neighborhood and the metro station. Thus it is a short walk to both.||The rooms can be loud if you are a light sleeper, but that is my only caveat to staying here. I am a light sleeper, but the white noise of the room fan was sufficient for me to still get a good sleep.||The staff is really nice, and does a great job with everything! Lots of fresh juices and such for breakfast. ||I would stay here again if visiting the Poblado area of Medellin...
