If you are looking for a spot where they will take advantage of you this is the typical spot for that. The server told us that our meal included extra orders of fries and then once the food was brought out they said it did not and they would not bring it and said we still had to pay in full without compensation for what they originally offered. The server then never came back to assist us and left us stranded and ruined our entire dinner over a simple order of fries. We had to then eat our food on one plate amongst three people. Last night we ordered the chinchulines and they were crispy like badly overcooked bacon, but tough as shoe leather, and cold, so we sent them back to the kitchen, but the server and manager insisted we pay for them anyway, explaining that the owner would make them pay for the dish if we did not. Evidently the owner does not trust his employees to adjust a bill when appropriate.

Read moreUna total decepción! Primero que todo, el servicio fue pésimo. Nos trajeron sodas sin vaso y nos tocó beber de la botella como si estuviéramos en un pub; y aun con la mesa pelada (sin servilletas, sin cuviertos, sin bajoplatos, nada!!!). Literal, un pub!
Segundo, cuando nos trajeron la comida no nos dieron servilletas, así que se las pedimos a una de las meseras y nos trajo un fajito de 3 servilletas de papel, literal de las chiquitas de fiesta jajajajaj. Como éramos cuatro personas, le pedimos más y ella responde que ahí ya habían suficientes jajajajaja y sin ganas y visiblemente irritada nos dio otro ya viéndose obligada.
Por último, y más importante, para ser un restaurante de carnes no saben hacer las cocciones. Pedimos 2 carnes (tomahauk y colita) término medio. Las dos llegaron entre tres cuartos y bien cocidas. Así que las devolvimos (cosa que no les gustó para nada porque aseguraban que SÍ estaban como las queríamos, aunque la propia mesera hubiera dicho que no jajaja). 15 minutos después nos las trajeron completamente crudas. No supimos si fue por inexperiencia o por maldad jajajajaja. Nos comimos el tomahauk por pura hambre y pedimos que nos empacaran la otra para cocinarla en la casa, porque literal, venía directo de la carnicería jajajaja
