A lovely peaceful place with fantastic breakfast and helpful/friendly staff. The hotel interior was really well designed and created a tranquil jungle vibe. The staff were the most friendliest and helpful that I’ve come across. They gave us a metro card to use when we were travelling. When it was raining, they went out of their way to find us an umbrella. Really helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to eat. They also organised an airport transfer with a friendly guy named Carlos who we used several times after. We never felt unsafe outside the hotel and we often ate and had coffee just around the corner. The hotel is ten minutes walk from the busy nightlife and ten minutes walk to the metro. There were a lot of reviews about the walls being thin and hearing noise, we didn’t hear anything but the place is very quiet and calm, that is part of the setup really, that you respect this and everyone sleeps well! They also provide ear plugs which is helpful. Highly recommended if you want to feel...

It is indeed a refuge within the bustling Poblado area of Medellín. A similar feeling you get when visiting a botanical garden or a tree-filled park. The location is fantastic as you are less than a block away from Parque El Poblado and a few blocks from the trendy Manila neighborhood.
There was a lot of love put into the design and decor of the hotel with its many unique, wooden furnishings. I love the hammocks, a beautiful tree in the indoor courtyard, the reading library, and many open spaces the hotel offers.
The traditional Colombiano breakfast became a true opportunity to meet and interact with other guests. It was not the pre-made breakfast furnished by many chain hotels under heat lamps. I highly recommend and look to...
Read moreThe staff is perfect! Super friendly, wanted to help, speaking English because our Spanish isnt that good.
The place looked very nice! With the birds that can hop in at the relax area. Great relaxed setting for being in the centre of so much noise.
The doublebed we slept in was also good.
And the shower was perfect, as hot as you want!
Only thing why its not 5 stars; there are no windows and so no daylight in the rooms. Would be nice in the morning and to get some fresh air in the room. (Its done on purpose to have the room as quiet as possible) And we really needed our earplugs because we stayed there in the weekend and the clubs (Republica) play very loud music.
The breakfast was also a lot and delicious, it would be nice to have an 2nd breakfast option because we had 3 days of eggs in the morning and would liked something else...
