Salmon-Roll in San Jose is a basic-looking but clean establishment. A good sign is nothing smelled fishy. The owner was very friendly, he only speaks spanish. The two sushi rolls I tried were fresh but a lot of rice. Wasabi was bright green and not as spicy as normal. Fresh juice...

I give 1 star because they were open when I was hungry. I couldn't even finish it. The ratio of everything in the roll was off except there was more than enough rice. The soya sauce wasn't even soya sauce it was something else. I ordered the California roll and a spicy...
