Salmon-Roll in San Jose is a basic-looking but clean establishment. A good sign is nothing smelled fishy. The owner was very friendly, he only speaks spanish. The two sushi rolls I tried were fresh but a lot of rice. Wasabi was bright green and not as spicy as normal. Fresh juice was very good.

I give 1 star because they were open when I was hungry. I couldn't even finish it. The ratio of everything in the roll was off except there was more than enough rice. The soya sauce wasn't even soya sauce it was something else. I ordered the California roll and a spicy Salmon roll.

The atmosphere and the food are incredible. And go to the restaurant for the restaurant's ninth anniversary and take advantage of the sushi promotion until December 31st, it's 55 pieces for 15 thousand and to the customer's taste.

I give 1 star because they were open when I was hungry. I couldn't even finish it. The ratio of everything in the roll was off except there was more than enough rice. The soya sauce wasn't even soya sauce it was something else. I ordered the California roll and a spicy Salmon roll.
