Kikazaru Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Quepos

We stayed here for one night and were extremely disappointed with the experience. We paid extra for breakfast, but on the morning of checkout, the cook arrived only to find there were no ingredients available to prepare anything. The kitchen area was in terrible condition, and the cook seemed completely unprepared. We tried reaching out to the owner for assistance, but he never responded, which was incredibly frustrating.

The overall property was poorly maintained, with messy rooms, subpar bathrooms, and even lizards inside the rooms, which made it an uncomfortable stay. If you’re planning to visit Manuel Antonio, I recommend looking for a better-kept place that provides a decent experience—this one was...

I stayed the night here on my way down to Uvita. Found the hotel last minute and was very pleased. I just saw their other ratings and It looks like a large family from across the pond decided to blast them with negative ratings. I guess because they had wildlife like geckos in the room. I suppose they only have people back in their country and have killed all their animals. Well I'm glad they didn't like it and I hope they never come back to the beautiful and alive country of Costa Rica. We stayed for one night at this hotel and was very disappointed with the stay. The bathrooms were not clean, shower knob broken & water kept dripping. The mattress and sheets did not feel clean as well. It was not maintained well overall.

Most importantly, no one was available on the property to answer anything nor responded in the morning when we are anxiously waiting for the breakfast which was not ready. We literally had to change our plans with a huge group to jeep up in time to catch the flight. Very poor service and would not recommend this place to stay if you are looking for seamless...
