I payed reservations on Expedia weeks prior, it was for one night for me and my 16 year old son before heading back to USA since our vacation was in Granada Nicaragua which by the way was half the price and triple times better than this hotel.. we had to pay again here, I cried because I was stuck in this s**t hole hotel and I had to pay again.. even after i showed them i payed from the app.. with receipt and everything, we had a very long day and I thought I was going to come here and enjoy my last day of vacation and relax in CR .. what they gave me is a crappy room by reception desk and next by restaurant so all night there were kids, music, pulling tables, chairs until 2-3 in the morning but also the traffic and people on the street ....and some critter almost got in my suitcase .. helllll noooo||Ooooh.. and the mattress..||The sheet kept pulling and I was in a smelly mattress full of stains..||Then they said dinner was included but after we ate we were charged for dinner saying what we paid for was lunch the next day... what? Check out is at 11, why would you pay for lunch???||I never got to see the pool because by the time I got the room I was exhausted but seeing the other reviews I'll skip it.. you've been warned ⚠️!!||I was charged $184.46 dollars in 16 hrs...
Read moreI got ignored all the time. And I figured it out that she always change the airbnb name for the accomodation to avoid bad reviews, so she always create a new advertisement. So actually I stayed in a different place than booked. Then I arrived at the property I was rebooked to, so no one knew I was coming. During the stay tried to connect several times, the messages were read all the time but then I just left it. After constant inquiries, she said at once that she made me the offer to sleep 2 nights in one accommodation and 1 night in the other, but she didn't mention anything at all.
