Luxury Rooms Palace B&B — Hotel in Grad Makarska

This small family run hotel is a gem. It is perfectly located in a quiet area of the old town, but is also very close to the shore and many nice restaurants. The rooms are newly remodeled, well appointed, and a good size.

We experienced exceptional service. It is clear that we are staying with a caring family and not a hotel chain.

We only planned for one night as part of a driving trip, but the city is worth a longer stay. Consider the many highly rated restaurants nearby and note that they are actually open in the evening, unlike lovely Split, which mostly closes down when the last cruise ship leaves (our experience...

This place is stunning. The location is top (literally 1.5 minutes from the sea, and not in hillclimb mode😃) in front of the door there are several restaurants and bars. (The bar on the opposite side is so cute and they are so kind). The accomodation is clear and cozy. Diana, our host is one of the kindest person i have ever met. Always in contact, always smiley. We had an issue so we had to stay one more night, and she happily helped us, and let us stay in a good price. I totally recommend this accomodation. Every important sight is in minutes by walk, and i am out of words....

The room was large, beautiful (looked just like the pictures, not always the case) comfortable and well appointed with everything you could need, even bath robes. Our host Diana, was friendly and helpful.She even met us at the car park to help with our bags and get us to our room. Parking is nearby for 10 euro and all else is within walking distance. The location was ideal on a pretty street with restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the water. Breakfast was lovely on the outdoor patio. Highly recommended ! Wish we had stayed more...
