Mediterra Residence — Hotel in Grad Split

A newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Goran and Mia were so helpful. Informative and friendly. We arrived quite late in the evening after a flight and Goran was there to check us in and make suggestions for our stay in Split.||The apartments are modern, spacious and spotless and have everything one needs including a well appointed full kitchen. ||The location was perfect. A short walk to the waterfront area of Split. Many wonderful restaurants near by. Also about a 15 minute walk to the beach. ||We were able to leave our bags with Goran and Mia whilst we went on a five day cruise of the islands and then came back and stayed another night at the property.||Thank you so much Goran for your help with all our bags walking down to the car rental office on our last morning...fantastic service.||We totally recommend this property if staying in Split. Fabulous...

Excellent stay in this spotlessly clean apartment. Good size for a studio and had everything we needed. It’s a great location just outside the old town so is quiet at night but easy 5 minute walk to the town and harbour front where there are lots of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to a local beach or can walk a bit further out the other side of the town to a great beach. Excellent communication with Mia the property manager before the stay who was great and booked us a taxi to pick us up from the airport. We asked her to arrange one for the return journey and they stored our bags on the last day. Met by a very friendly gentleman (sorry can’t remember your name) but he couldn’t do enough for us, waited for our late check in due to flight times and gave us lots of useful information. We stayed for 2 nights and frankly save for an issue with the hot water heater it was all excellent. The receptionist (Iva) was very kind and helpful, as was Mia the manager. The room itself was well designed and configured, the beds were comfortable albeit separate. The kitchen had everything you could need.

Some previous guest apparently reset the water heater lower, so it resulted in a cold shower for one of us, which was unfortunate but they were happy to fix. We were just too tired and had already showered, so went to bed.

I'm a tough reviewer and I would recommend you stay hear. Excellent location, service, and room. If you have a large car, park away...
