The place is clean and convenient, close to everything, the host greeted us when check in and check out. There are no toiletries or extra bed linens available, and when we asked for an extra duvet cover, the host flat out refused and suggested we turn off the AC instead. I went for a holiday and had to use a shower towel as cover at night.||During our stay, we felt uncomfortable for several reasons. The host directly asked if we were from China, without any consideration or sensitivity. The host also intruded into our room couple of times without permission when we were away. The host was adamant about not allowing to bring towels to the beach, and so, he repeatedly asked us about our plans.||On top of that, they kept imposing new rules on us almost every day, making us feel more like we were being scolded than welcomed as guests.||Considering all the issues we experienced, I strongly advise against choosing this accommodation even if you're on a tight budget. Opting for a youth hostel would be a much better choice in comparison. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a refund from Expedia when we wanted to change...
Read moreWe were travelling together with parents and rented the studio apartment and 1 double room. The double room was very small and in 1st floor, the studio apartment is on the ground floor and comes with an amazing bathroom (tub), is lovingly decorated with old ship making tools and comes with a perfect terrace. In the garden live 2 supercute turtles, that we couldn't get enough of. The historical center of trogir is approximately 5 min by foot from the guest house, just far enough to have a silent night rest. The bura-line boat to split departs several times daily just across the street and is really cheap (24 k). The renter Nebo and his wife tried everything to make us feel home. One evening nebo explained and showed us, how to perfectly grill fish croatian style and roasted bread for us on the grill that comes with the studio. Awesome dinner! The evening before we left the couple brought us traditional dalmatian almond pastry. Bikes can be rented for free, parking is available on site. We really recommend this place, rent the studio for the unforgettable and...
