Where to start! Around 9 years ago we were sitting down with friends for a coffee, checked the menu and we ordered Some fancy looking Ice cream Cup. Sole purpuse was to prove my point that it is never looks like on the picture on the menu. I was TOTALY wrong! It looked the same, fruit garnish umbrella, the whole shebang! And it was yummi!! I mean heavenly Yummi!! Since then many holidays in Trogir and many years later, it is still the same Ice cream heaven!! The reason behind can be found by talking to the owner. It is a family business since generations, and it shows! The love of making ice cream, the vibe of the place is priceless! It makes the place unique and trully represent what is Trogir all about!! These long standing traditional places gives the essence of this place!! I really want you to go and experience Trogir with their Ice cream in your hand!    Read moreVery rude attendant.. When I approached first he said they are closed. And then he said if you want just ice cream it's okay. When I asked if we could use the bathroom he said everyone needs to buy one ice cream. We said we just want to share one (we were full from lunch and just want to sit down and enjoy some ice cream together). The attendant said "why you buy one ice cream and everybody use the toilet?" At this point we were fed up and just decided to leave.

Nous sommes venus pour une pause gourmande avec nos deux jeunes enfants (10 mois et 3 ans), dans lâintention de dĂ©guster une glace et des smoothies.
Lâaccueil a dâabord Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able : la premiĂšre personne qui nous a servis Ă©tait sympathique. En revanche, lâattitude du deuxiĂšme serveur a tout gĂąchĂ©. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, il sâest mis Ă rĂąler en croate Ă lâintĂ©rieur. Il a indiquĂ© que nous devions aller nous asseoir et quâil nous apporterait les boissons â ce qui est comprĂ©hensible â mais le ton Ă©tait dĂ©placĂ©. Le premier serveur lui a prĂ©cisĂ© que jâattendais simplement pour rĂ©gler par carte. Une fois payĂ©s, nous sommes allĂ©s nous installer.
Le serveur est ensuite venu nous apporter les smoothies, sans nous signaler que notre poussette pouvait gĂȘner le passage (ce que nous aurions tout Ă fait compris et corrigĂ© sans problĂšme).
Peu aprĂšs, il sâest installĂ© Ă une table voisine et nous a demandĂ© sâil pouvait fumer. Nous lui avons rĂ©pondu poliment que cela nous dĂ©rangeait, Ă©tant non-fumeurs et surtout accompagnĂ©s de deux enfants en bas Ăąge.
Sa rĂ©action a Ă©tĂ© stupĂ©fiante : il nous a tout simplement demandĂ© de changer de place, sous prĂ©texte que la poussette gĂȘnait dĂ©sormais le passage⊠alors quâil Ă©tait clair que lâunique raison Ă©tait quâil souhaitait fumer tranquillement de SA place.
Nous ne pensons pas que "le client est roi", mais se voir demander de se déplacer pour le confort du serveur est une premiÚre pour nous. Une expérience...
