the reception (Cristos) was terrible and I have called him and double check with him 3 -4 times can I bring my cat and he said yes of course and then when I book the hotel and went there in my anniversary and my wife birthday they checked me in after that on woman very rude and impolite name Jane streeting came and said we can not allow cat in hotel, and she pushed me to go out of the hotel right now, it was the worst experience that I had, I have been here before and I have enjoyed it that's why I came again but now they did the worst that is possible to me, feeling so regret for this. Very friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms well appointed and clean. The hotel could do with restaurant in the evenings although they did trial a poolside meal there which was very good food wise but poor on wine list. Rooms due an upgrade in 2018.
