Pan Marie Apartments — Hotel in Ayia Napa

We stayed at the PanMarie studios for a girly holiday in Ayia Napa and I don’t have a single complaint really! The hotel owner Maria was so lovely and helpful towards us. Our apartment was quite basic but we didn’t mind this as we came away with club 18-30 so we knew we were only going to be getting ready and sleeping in there really. ||The maids were in there cleaning and emptied the bins every day and came most days to change and clean the beds and towels. So overall was a very clean hotel to stay in and the bonus was the hotel is located very well with seconds away from the main strip to the pubs and clubs and all the restaurants. We also got to use the pampos Napa rocks swimming pools at no extra cost and found it really nice and clean with really comfy sun beds too!!||We came away on the club 18-30’s and had the best two kindest reps (Jenna and Simon) looking after us for our two week stay and couldn’t think of anyone better to do the job! They were so kind, helpful and caring and always checking if we were okay right from the word go from when we got of the transfer bus, the driver took our suitcases off where we slammed my friends suitcase down to the floor where it happened to break and split in half and Simon kindly offered to carry it all the way through pampos Napa rocks to our hotel at PanMarie studios to our room, we then had a lovely chat and got to know jenna and Simon and we brought the 18-30 events from them and even let us spread it over our two week stay which was really good. All the events that we went on was really good and really did enjoy all of them with my favourites being the booze cruise and the paint party one!! ||We can’t fault any of the services especially the club 18-30 reps (Jenna and Simon) we had the best two weeks away with you! Thank you for a great holiday and have got some great memories that will stay with us for a life-time!! We would love to come back again...

The whole thing was absolutely horrible and disgusting. When we arrived there was no one there to check us in and give keys. We had to call multiple number until someone answered. When someone answered they told us that it would take max. 30min and they’d be there. We had to wait nearly two hours for them to arrive. When we finally got the keys we were shook by the state of the room and only stayed there for like 15 minutes. The room was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. The balconys door had been open the whole day which was very concerning from the beginning. The sheets were dirty and they stank. There were also tiny bugs on the bed and the mattress had a lot of stains which some looked like blood. The fridge didnt work. There was mold on the curtains. The toilet was horrible it was so dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. It didn’t even have toilet paper. People were screaming outside and probably on drugs. The room was so disgusting we couldnt stay there any longer and left almost immediatly to another place to sleep. The next day we went to talk to the owner about deceiving us and he told us that it was out fault for booking a ”cheap” apartment like that is a reason to be dirty. He would not give us our money back and was very rude to us. We also paid extra for air conditioning that we didn’t use ar all and which he also refused to return. We stayed in another place and days later when we went to return the keys he ignored us...

I’d like to start off by saying my friend and I had a fabulous time in Ayia Napa. This hotel was located perfectly within the strip, lots of nice restaurants and also shops.||Please be careful when being dropped off (especially late at night) as this hotel is difficult to find. It it located behind Pambo’s Napa Rocks and you go through this hotel to get to it.||Maria, the hotel owner, is very helpful and nice. Your passports are taken upon arrival and not returned until you fly home, providing there are no damages. Wifi is €5 for the week, air con is €70 and the safe is €15.||There is no specific pool for this hotel however Pambos Napa Rocks allow you to use there pool, bar and toilet facilities which are free of charge. The pool is great however there are pool parties on most days meaning you have to use the other (smaller) pool.||On arrival you will be greeted by the reps who go through the events that will be happening over the week, they ask for €295 which we thought was very expensive and not all the events we had wanted to do. The two that we did book The Sigala Beach party and Yxng bane both got cancelled and replaced with a free 1 house bar which we did not think was adequate considering we had paid €100 for both events. Personally I wouldn’t bother buying the band as you can get each singular event much cheaper at the box office...
