PELIDES HOLIDAY APARTMENTS — Hotel in Larnaca

The apartments are in a building where most of the residents are locals living there. I had a studio on the top floor and I have nothing bad to say about it. The apartment was comfortable and I slept well there. It wasn't brand new anymore, but also not worn out. It also had a nice sea view from the balcony. ||||As it is not a hotel and has no reception, I had to let the owner know in advance when I would be roughly arriving. Then when I got there called him. Within five minutes Ms. Pelide came to meet me at the entrance. She was friendly and gave me the keys for my apartment. We then also agreed how to return the keys (which was just leaving them in the apartment). ||||The apartment had a full kitchen and basic kitchenware. It also had a washing machine. ||||The area was mostly residential, but the beach promenade was only one block away. There was a small supermarket right next to the building. A restaurant which the locals seemed to favor was less than 80 m away and the beach promenade with several other restaurants (both inexpensive and classier ones) only a few minutes stroll away. Booked a apartment for 2 nights on booking. Com||Looked great value for money ||We arrived early but fortunately able to check in 90 minutes early this was a positive. ||The office isn't manned so have to call local number ||On 1st inspection of the apartment was good||It was clean with amazing views of the sea||It was very hot in the apartment 45||Tried to get aircon to work but no such luck||My partner as a heart problem so need to be a reasonable temperature ||She eventually booked a alternative because could not find anyone to help in rectify the problem with aircon ||||My advice would be get staff member checking you in to check...

Начитавшись разных отзывов об этом отеле, в основном,положительных, были готовы ко всему! Однако все было Ок! Чистый номер, большой, все необходимое для приготовления еды ( не всем и пользовались), к кухне даже моющее средство новый флакон, новая губка для посуды, в ванной по два полотенца и одно ножное. Телевизор, утюг, мощный фен, правда, не было русскоязычных каналов. Место очень удачное, тихий район, вид из балкона. а их было два.. вернее, выход из двух комнат, на город и на море. Мебель хорошая, кровать удобная. Брали номер с одной спальней и гостиной с диваном и кухонькой. Номер №? на №-ем этаже. Лифт работает. Кафе отличное, уютное вообще под боком( ну их много еще разных есть,), магазинчик супермаркет тоже под домом, там есть абсолютно Все! И не советую искать дешевле и тащить продукты кто знает откуда, здесь дешевле всего!!! Единственное, на пляже есть рыбный базарчик, с утра продают свежую рыбу, брали пару раз. Однако весьма дорого. Дешевле получается в кафе покушать. Спасибо управляющей отелем Наталье, она русскоговорящая, родилась на Украине. Помогла нам во всем, посоветовала разные полезности. Вообще народ очень гостеприимный и доброжелательный! Поеду ли еще туда, не знаю, так как мы любим отдыхать в разных местах, но рекомендую...
