Shameful service - we came here in the morning to sit in the cabana as we have two kids and it is convenient for our group. A waiter turned up and said that this cabana is reserved - we were surprised as there was no sign that it was reserved and informed the waiter of this fact. The waiter though told us that it was reserved from 12 am and we agreed that we will leave buy that time and placed our order. Another waiter came to us a bit later to inform us that this cabana is booked @ 11:30 - we were surprised and informed him that his colleague has already told us that this cabana is reserved starting 12 am, after that the waiter told us that the booking is @12 but their guests MIGHT come earlier - at this point we were a bit shocked and asked them is it ok for them to ask current guests leave earlier because other guest MIGHT come earlier that reservation time, and we agreed to leave @11:55 It was not even 11:30 when they came and asked us to move because their guests who made reservation @12 have already arrived and wish to take their reserved cabana⦠after that they physically moved our stuff to another table with two little chairs not sufficient to hold our stuff let alone us with the kids⦠I was a bit shocked and it left me wondering who are those guests that made reservation and are getting such special treatment at the expense of other guests convenience. In case they are owners and take their time to read the reviews hope they make some adjustments to client service. If they are not I struggle to comprehend what has just happened⦠Other than that the place is nice as it is right on the beach, drinks are fine but food is on the fast side, in case you decide to use their service make sure to make a booking in advance š¤·āāļøā¦...

When we arrived, I requested a cabana (ā¬100 minimum spend) ā which I was happy to pay ā but someone else was sitting on the bed Iād just booked. Staff told me they couldnāt move them because they were āignoring the waitress.ā Only after I complained to the manager did they give us the bed.
The food was a huge letdown. The menu was mostly unavailable ā we were told the only options were chicken strips or chicken breast. Drinks were also limited, and when we asked for an ice bucket for our water in the heat, we were told we could only have one if we ordered wine. We ordered wedges and got plain chips instead.
The cabana we were given had no shade cover, and my baby was overheating. I politely said āexcuse meā several times while staff looked right at me, but no one helped. Eventually I was handed a dirty, stained towel to try and hang up for shade ā which I physically couldnāt do on crutches. I asked for another towel and got the same filthy, scrunched-up state. Staff just stood at the bar chatting while watching me struggle.
I explained all this to the manager, who admitted two staff members were off and gave me ā¬10 off the bill. But honestly, for the premium prices they charge on this strip, the lack of care, cleanliness, and basic service is shocking.
A 2-minute drive away at Lush, I had the opposite experience ā they went above and beyond to make sure my baby and I were comfortable. Nusa should be ashamed of the way they treat customers, especially those with additional needs.

I cannot express how deeply disappointed and frustrated we are after yet another visit to this location. We gave it multiple chances purely because the setting is stunningāright by the beach, a perfect place in theory to unwind and enjoy the view. But every single time, the service has been beyond unacceptable.
The service is appallingly bad. It took 20 minutes just to get our first round of drinks, and from there, it only went downhill. After finishing our drinks, we were left completely stranded, unable to get the attention of a single waiter. We sat for half an hourāignoredāuntil we gave up and I had to physically go to the bar to place our next order. Even then, the drinks took ages to arrive, the order was wrong, and one drink was missing. We pointed this out immediately and asked for a replacementāfoolishly hoping for a prompt fix.
Guess what? The missing drinks never arrived. We waited an outrageous 40 minutes before finally giving up, thoroughly irritated and ready to leave.
And it didnāt end there. When we went to the bar to pay, we were completely ignored. Staff walked past us, heads down, seemingly avoiding eye contact on purpose. Eventually, someone helped us, only to discover our second order had never even been registered. Completely incompetent.
To top it all off, their coffee during the day is absolutely disgustingābitter, watery, and just undrinkable.
It is honestly shameful how such a beautiful location is being ruined by horrendous service. We are done giving it chances....
