Hello. Came to your restaurant with my partner yesterday. We ordered sea bass and chicken sovlaki with chips. You brought chicken souva. This is whole roast baby chicken with boiled potatoes a massive difference. When it was delivered I pointed out it was wrong the girl server said Souva and sovlaki sounded the same and maybe we made a mistake. My partner does not like confrontation and said leave it as he likes chicken. However it was very dry and he was too shy to complain and gave most of it to cats. As my partner was trying his food I heard the girl server telling a couple the difference between chicken souva and sovlaki. This tells me they realised a mistake was made on my order. I told them I would not pay because it was not what was ordered and was not nice to eat. The waiter told the girl they got the order wrong and said sorry they would not expect me to pay for it. I said OK I paid for mine and we left. My partner left a review and the owner replied and admitted the mistake he indicated my partner accepted his meal he ate it and refused to pay and called him dishonest indicating the complaint was about getting out of paying. I am telling you I am Cypriot my Father is Cypriot my Grandparents are Cypriot we are from Cyprus. My partner pays for good food and good service and is no liar. Ask your staff who the liars are. We were told don't pay for it so we didn't. Don't call customers liars. Have some class and don't call people liars to cover up your...

This one is a particularly hard one for me to rate. I went for the first time last year with a large group and we had meze. The food was incredible and the taverna looked great but food was piling up and getting cold. Unliked any other place in Cyprus, all dishes were brought at once. Today I went again to see if the issue was the meze but unfortunately the same thing happened. We didn’t even finish the starter and they brought the mains (we didn’t take long to eat the starter). They dropped the mains on the table and left. After a few minutes, they came and dropped watermelon in the middle of the table. The plates weren’t picked up nor additional plates were given. The waitress did not speak a single word in the whole evening. Also, there were free tables and no people queuing so there was no need to rush it. The wine was also incredible… this place has the potential to be truly unique but the service and the rushed food are a...

We decided to look for a place for lunch along the waterfront promenade in Larnaca near Kastela Beach, when we saw that this taverna was open, as it had been closed a bit earlier. It attracted us with its charming and traditional atmosphere, music that for me is questionable - whether it’s Cypriot or Bulgarian. The service was nice, but I didn’t like that while we were sitting, the waiter was simultaneously sweeping the floor, without thinking that the dust would come toward us. We ordered a large village salad, which aside from being huge, was filled mainly with lettuce, half a tomato and half a cucumber. Also I found a pepper that was not supposed to be in the salad. We also ordered fried squid, which hadn’t been cleaned inside. It came with french fries, which were also undercooked. I’m also attaching a receipt from the...

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 3 years — probably been here more than 90 times by now! It’s hands down our favorite place in Larnaca. The food is absolutely amazing every single time. The pork kebab (souvlaki) is honestly the best we’ve ever had — perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of flavor. Don’t miss the house wine by the carafe — it’s delicious and pairs perfectly with everything on the menu. We also want to say how much we appreciate the people here. The owners and staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about their guests. It feels more like visiting friends than just going out to eat. Highly recommended — a true gem in Larnaca!
