This beautifully designed, clean and very comfortable boutique hotel offers what you would need in your stay. It's located in the north part of Cyprus (Turkish Cypriot side) close to the old town and Ledra crossing. Service quality and hospitality are much higher than the standards in the island. Breakfasts are very special with rich offers from local tastes you enjoy either in the beautiful patio or in the inside hall depending on your choice and the weather conditions. I have to mention especially the bed as I find it 5 stars hotel standard (even more) with high quality bedsheets. Staff is very helpful to provide whatever you need. I’m so glad we picked this hotel! Stayed here with my mom while we were in Nicosia and it was the perfect choice. Super comfy beds and really clean, peaceful courtyard with flowers and chairs to sit, great breakfast and nice and helpful staff 😊 there’s a tiny kitty that lives in the courtyard that we have dubbed marmalade (she likes cheese! We wished we could take her home with us) the only thing that’s weird about it is that the bathroom doors are half clear glass so if you’re worried about privacy when room sharing it might be a little difficult? Otherwise...

Pros: One of the best unique hotel with modern decoration style in city centre downtown Turkish Nicosia.The hotel consists of 2 floors with garden and lovely dining area. Easy to check-in and out in a very flexible manner. The quality of rooms is exceptional and comfortable. The staff is professional, decent and friendly. Smart card for the room and also for the main entrance with no extra fees. Rating is 09/10.

Cons: The breakfast is limited not enough to start your day at all !!. The tolites and shower is small. Otherwise...
