I would give a 4.5 if I could!

Fresh and well-made pasta in many different shapes — ravioli, rainbow short pasta, tagliatelle (?) in the options plain, beetroot, spinach or squid ink (!!!) or lasagna, with a few options for sauces and toppings. Sauces leave a little to be desired, but it’s not a huge issue.

I got the beetroot pasta with pesto sauce and no toppings, my boyfriend got the plain pasta with mushroom and cream sauce, also no toppings. The beetroot pasta was tastier than the plain one, but both pastas were really fresh and great quality. The sauces, however, weren’t anything to write home about: their pesto, though made in-house, doesn’t feature Parmesan (they make a point to make as many things as vegan-friendly as they can, it seems) which made it remarkably plain. My boyfriend’s sauce was also rather plain (we had to put extra salt on our dishes), as if there’s something lacking — garlic, maybe? Or some spices? Anything to make it seem more like a Sauce™ than just an afterthought, which is truly a shame considering that the pasta itself is excellent.

However, they do put freshly grated Parmesan on top of it all for free if you’d like, as well as some parsley and pomegranate seeds (which I especially liked), but there’s still the lingering sense that the dish is not finished, somehow.

Cute place with warm light — the music was way too loud when we were seated, but as soon as we made the request to the waiter, they lowered it to a comfortable volume. We didn’t drink anything, but they have several drink options, including milkshakes.

The waiter was helpful when we asked about details such as whether the pesto was made in house, and even told us about the ratio of vegetable to flour in their flavoured pastas and how it impacts the taste, so service was good.

Definitely recommend — and if the sauces improve, I’ll be happy to be back again whenever...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Serart Artisan Pasta in Nicosia and I must say, it was an excellent experience. As an Italian and a pizza lover, I couldn't have been more satisfied with their delicious pizza made with fresh vegetarian ingredients.

The first thing that caught my attention was the light and airy dough. It had the perfect texture, not too thick or thin, and it was cooked to perfection. I could tell that they take great pride in their dough-making process.

But what really made the pizza stand out were the fresh and organic ingredients. From the vibrant red tomatoes to the fragrant basil and the flavorful mozzarella cheese, each bite was bursting with taste. The combination of these high-quality ingredients truly elevated the overall flavor profile of the pizza.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, adding to the enjoyment of the meal. The staff members were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. It felt like dining in a cozy Italian trattoria, which added an extra touch to the overall experience.

Overall, I can confidently say that Serart Artisan Pasta is a culinary gem in Nicosia. Their dedication to using fresh and organic ingredients, along with their expertly crafted dough, sets them apart from other pizza places. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who appreciates quality food and a cozy...

Serart Artisan Pasta is a true gem for anyone who appreciates high-quality, handmade Italian cuisine. The menu offers a fantastic selection of freshly made pasta, each dish showcasing unique and bold flavors. From their rich and creamy tagliatelle bolognese to the flavorful ravioli with ricotta cheese and spinach , every bite is a testament to their mastery of pasta-making. The pasta is cooked to perfection—al dente—and the sauces are well-balanced, enhancing rather than overpowering the fresh ingredients.

Their pizza is equally impressive, offering various sauce options that cater to different preferences. The dough is light, perfectly baked, and pairs beautifully with their fresh, high-quality toppings like pepperoni , buffalo mozzarella, and aromatic herbs.

The ambiance of the restaurant is just as delightful as the food. With its cozy, modern decor and warm lighting, it creates an inviting environment ideal for anything from casual dinners to special occasions. The friendly and attentive staff further elevate the dining experience, making it feel both relaxed and refined.

Overall, Serhat Artisan Pasta is the perfect spot for pasta lovers and pizza enthusiasts alike, blending authentic Italian flavors with a welcoming atmosphere. A must go when in...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Serart Artisan Pasta, and it was an exceptional experience. The freshly made pasta was absolutely delicious and clearly crafted with care. The restaurant offers a wide variety of different pastas and a great range of freshly made pizzas, ensuring there is something for everyone. The service was particularly impressive, with a friendly and welcoming personal style that made us feel right at home. The selection of drinks was also noteworthy, including a variety of special beers and ales which perfectly complemented our meal. A highlight was the flexibility in the menu, allowing diners to mix and match sauces, pasta types, and toppings such as beef, chicken, fish, or mixed vegetables. I enjoyed a combination of beetroot pasta with tomato sauce and a beef topping, and it was truly delectable. Additionally, we invited our Italian friends to join us, and they were equally impressed by the quality of the food – a true testament given their high standards for pasta. Overall, Serart Artisan Pasta provides an excellent dining experience with high-quality food and outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lefkosa/Nicosia in the North of Cyprus.

What a great experience. Incredibly delicious, high quality, local fresh food. A lot of options for vegans and gluten-free diets. Great value for the prices! The best service! Walking by the area we discovered this hidden gem and decided to eat there. First impression was that it was hip, tastefully decorated and professional. The owner presented us the concept and described the menu in depth and with great passion. The amazing thing was that the pasta has a big vegetable content (and the sauces as well!) and very delicious. When I mentioned to the owner that I am vegan he gave me multiple choices. The owner supports the community by sourcing the high quality and local ingredients from farmers close to the area. They also serve desserts from local bakeries. I had a vegan chocolate brownie which was to die for. This is a must eat to get some nutritious, healthy and delicious food. Because it was so good we went in the morning to get our morning coffee there 😊.
