Giving negative feedback is always difficult but it’s also important !!
When we visited Nicosia, we went here.
This was the most horrible Indian food we ever ate. Positive things - Service was good Samosas were good
Now comes the worst part!
We ordered Samosaa, Onion pakodas, Dal, butter paneer masala, veg Korma, Pulav and Naan!
Samosas - were very good Onion Pakodas - average
Korma - frozen veggies cooked in just coconut milk, you could taste coconut milk so much! This is not how korma cooked only in coconut milk.
Butter Paneer masala - used extreme concentrated tomato puree, tasted like tomatoes curry with some paneer !!
Dal - tasted just nothing
Pulav - a colourful basmati rice was served in excess of butter not even that’s ghee!
Naan - I don’t why they were so moist, they were soft and just covered with a lot of moisture!
After all this we didn’t even dare to taste dessert!
Altogether was disaster food at this place and bad...
Read moreFirst of all, you will find dishes in the menu which you can't find in any other Pakistani or Indian restaurant around. Like the green fish served on a sizzling iron plate for example. Secondly the service is genuinely friendly, highly considerate and professional. While we had lunch there, the restaurant also hosted an engagement party which obviously kept them very busy, but that had no impact on the attention we received. It almost felt like we are the only guests. Bottom line, Hurry Curry is highly recommended,. especially if you are looking for a change from the local cuisine, and/or are bored to tears with the overload of burger places and hungry for a great variety...

I have no issues with salty food. In fact, I like salty food. But this was like someone had spilled 5x the amount of appropriate salt into the food. No one in my family could eat it and we all agreed something had gone very wrong when it was made. On my next order, what had once been a previously normal curry dish was literally swimming in oil, and again I am not someone this would usually bother, but it was really an extreme, especially for Indian food. Not only is there no consistency, I swear to god there’s no quality control or use of measuring tools. I can’t justify ordering from...
