Da Paolo Restaurant — Restaurant in undefined

So, while atmosphere was fine, in a decent location under beautiful lights, we had the worse experience when it comes to service and food. Important to mention, the owner or boss was so rude to his stuff that we found it offensive to begin with. We ordered risotto which came very late and was not risotto, it was a sticky rice!!! Nowhere near risotto! Pizza and mozzarella salat very average! The worse of all, white wine was delivered to the table, literally HOT and we had to ask for ice. The waitresses had no idea about the menu nor they seemed to love what they do. When we finally explained all these to the floor manager or boss he only focused on the part that he seemed rude to his stuff and his answer was :

“If you knew how many problems we face with that waiter you would also be the same!”

Then we decided to keep quiet because it seemed like he was so in denial about his service and he kept finding excuses for everything.

Honestly 1 star is a lot than what they actually deserve! Plus, you never use fresh cream in an Italian carbonara, just saying!!! And you never cut mozzarella like fetta! If you are Italian restaurant do your research and be one, with love for...

Sadly, one of my worst experience in a Cypriot restaurant. Plates were just fine..! Very disorganised, many people where complain at the same time. They weren’t able to serve people properly and at the same time they were trying to sit as many as possible. We order pizza as a starter and then 3 main dishes for 3 persons (for a birthday dinner) every dish was coming separately and with a huge time gap (same with our drinks). When I asked the person who was responsible he said that we are really busy and days like this is normal. Atmosphere is amazing. Perfect lighting. Table arrangement also very good. Music volume perfect. Pet friendly. Salad was perfect, nice plating also. Two scaloppini alfredo. One was perfect the other one overcooked. One Salmon plate, undercooked, left behind a taste of raw fish. Scaloppini milanese. Undercooked. Left a weird aftertaste.
