Omodos Katoi Holiday Homes — Hotel in Omodos

Quiet and comfortable, however basic. We spent 2 nights in the Omodos Katoi Holiday Homes in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment. Our host Charalambos was very welcoming and helpful at all times. The kitchen was adequate, however lacked a cooktop so any food brought in had to be heated or cooked in the microwave (which was dirty on arrival). No quite sure how we were meant to make our own Cyprus Coffee! The bed was comfortable if a little on the soft side. Bathroom was fine and clean. Fantastic hotel in middle of old town. Beautifully located even if you don't see the market Square you are still surrounded my mountains and wineyards. Apratament is extremely cozy, fully equipped and has amazing amount of space for 2 people. Large one bedroom apartment with open-plan living area and private courtyard. The wifi was great in the lounge but weak in the bedroom. Omodos is a tiny town of mostly pedestrian streets but it wasn't an issue to park our car in the ample free parking on the other side of the town. We wanted to do wine-tasting and there were a few places in town, as well as wine farms less than a kilometre in either direction on the main road...
