We arrived here only by chance, and what a find! The best food we've had in Cyprus! The place has a lovely atmosphere, our waiter said he is only helping our here, and he is a friend of the family. But on Sundays he eats here as well. We have seen many locals and few tourists. This place is just a bit outside the more touristy main street. Based on their website they only seem to be open on Sundays with this lush buffet lunch, which was 20euros per head, and all you can eat. We loved every dish there was and there has been many. Local wine is a must as this is a major wine region in Cyprus and we were suggested the Morokanella. That wine was a lovey, light yet complex white, which proved to be a lovely accompaniment to the meats, despite being a white for all the red meats. If we could we'd come here every Sunday. Food 5stars, atmosphere 5stars, price to value ratio superb!
When we can return to Cyprus, we'll be lunching here every...

I can say confidently that there is no chance we could have ever finished a meze for two. So we asked for to-go boxes, brought the leftovers home, and had another meal out of it the next day. When you think about it that way, it's great value and everything Stavros served us was super fresh and delicious. ...
Read moreHorrible behaviour by the restaurant manager. We sat down to have a drink. Plenty of empty tables. Manager comes around saying we can’t sit down for coffee because he needed the tables for lunch for people who may come later, after he initially let us come in. I pointed out that the sign right at the entrance says this is a cafe & restaurant. His response was super aggressive and told us to leave in a threatening way. He should be fired if the owner really cares about...
