Putting that aside fabulous location two bed apartment 30 seconds your walking on the edge of the sea that the balcony faces. Just be warned there are steps to these apartments and no lifts. Like I said two bed with ample size kitchen fridge freezer, four cooking rings and oven, washing machine, tumble dryer if needed. Air conditioning is available and all looked relatively new, I must say bedrooms are little dated but your not living in them. The staff are amazing maintenance crew always available within day hours and domestic Maria a blessing comes in five days a week and leaves apartment sparkling she really is a trooper, Eleanor is the lady in the office very helpful and very approachable we couldn't wish for a better combination. Below the apartments selection of shops and restaurants Mar Bianco became a favourite really nice food awesome seafood platter which can be shared for two. A short walk Tea For Two specialises on english food very very good breakfast awesome meals, snacks and sweets. All staff very polite and friendly. papanthaniou supermarket only minutes walk away and poplife a bit further away. The harbour area less than five minutes away with lots of fish restaurants which are very pricey. To the rear of the old Debenhams building there's a free archeological stones mosaics etc, the bus terminal is near if you wish to venture fares at €1:50 per person to the king's Mall wort a visit or beyond to coral bay just need to check bus number also be aware on busses now the driver is not allowed to shout out which stop they are at. What ever you decide to do hope your time is as enjoyable as ours was, definitely...

Perché ho dato 2 stelle con un titolo del genere? ne meritava ZERO.||l'ho dato solo per la disponibilità del personale, del factotum e delle signore delle pulizie, che hanno cercato in tutti i modi di aiutarci fornendoci lo stendi biancheria e addirittura facendoci cambiare l'appartamento.||||siamo arrivati alle 19:30 e la reception era vuota, senza neanche una sedia. ci siamo casualmente accorti di alcuni fogli attacati al vetro che ci dicevano il nostro numero della casa e che la reception era aperta fino le 16:00. sullo stesso foglio c'era scritto che avremmo dovuto chiedere al Ristorante Pizza Express per le chiavi. entrati al ristorante ci hanno detto che erano sul davanzale della finestra...||dopo questa piccola caccia al tesoro siamo entrati nell'appartamento che aveva la temperatura di un forno e del telecomando dei condizionatori non c'era traccia.||a quel punto abbiamo chiamato il numero per le emergenze (su un foglio sul tavolino davanti al divano) dove è arrivato un ragazzo per abilitarci il condizionatore della camera da letto.||||come scritto sul sito l'aria condizionata costa da 5 euro. sul sito però non è specificato che costa 5 euro per ELEMENTO al giorno, non per APPARTAMENTO al giorno. il prezzo è 5 euro per il condizionatore della camera da letto e 6 euro per quello del salone. quindi una famiglia per avere l'aria condizionata in tutta casa deve spendere 16 euro in più al giorno.||||il primo appartamento il è al primo piano, con la finestra sopra la finestra della cucina del ristorante sottostante. immaginate l'odore di cucinato in casa... in più nel terrazzo le uscite dei condizionatori sono poggiate sul pavimento rendendo il terrazzo invivibile con getti di aria calda.||la porta d'ingresso ha 1 cm di spazio tra il pavimento facendo entrare tutto.||e indovina chi sono entrate al nostro ritorno dalla cena? 3 grosse blatte (non scarafaggi, ma blatte che vengono dalle fogne) entrate dai condotti della cucina e/o del bagno e/o porta.... uno schifo assoluto. ||la mattina dopo abbiamo trovato la vasca da bagno con 5 6 blatte più piccole ma comunque blatte.||dopo questo risveglio (letto scomodo tipo branda militare) siamo andati direttamente alla reception e dopo averci fatto pagare anticipatamente l'aria condizionata per la sola camera da letto, ci hanno fatto cambiare appartamento.||quindi trasporta tutti i bagagli di nuovo al piano superiore.||qui la situazione era leggermente migliore ma solo perché le uscite dell'aria condizionata sono posizionate in alto, permettendo di mangiare senza avere l'aria calda addosso, ma l'odore di cucinato del ristorante sottostante non cambia.||neanche la situazione blatte purtroppo è cambiata perché ogni mattina avevamo la curiosità di vedere quante ne trovavamo nella vasca, in più l'ultima sera una blatta grande camminava tipo funambolo sul bordo in vetro del terrazzo.||||e qui chiudiamo l'argomento blatte.||apriamo quello formiche.||formiche nel letto che ne dite? spero che nel video allegato si vedano come corrono felici.||||e vorrei dire al gestore che non può essere una cosa positiva il fatto che venga messo a disposizione l'insetticida. Il fatto che venga dotato un appartamento di insetticida non è una bella cosa.||che altro dire... ho letto un commento che parlava di un bell'arredamento...... mah! de gustibus!||andiamo alle cose positive:||microonde, lavatrice, INSETTICIDA, sapone per i piatti, pulizia giornaliera, vista bellissima, asciugacapelli, parcheggio e la presenza della bilancia pesapersone.||||ma purtroppo nonostante le cose positive, la presenza di insetti mi fa completamente rovesciare il giudizio ricordando che le blatte sono portatrici di infezioni per l'uomo. preferirei una casa senza senza lavatrice o asciugatrice ma senza insetti.||||rinnovo e ringrazio il personale che ha cercato di aggiustare la situazione come poteva, ma il gestore dovrebbe pagare una disinfestazione generale per blatte e formiche perché aver vinto premi su Tripadvisor dovrebbe far mantenere uno standard...

The Paphina Sea View Apartments are right on the main promenade in Kato Paphos (Paphos Town) above the shops and restaurants with a fantastic view over the sea. In the evening it's great for people watching and in the night for wave watching! The street is pedestrianised so there is no traffic! From the beginning to the end of our stay, the staff could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. I must mention our lovely maid Maria. She asked us every time she saw us if we were happy, which really matters. The room was cleaned every day, great air conditioning and facilities. The bed and furniture were a little tired but forgivable as everything else was brilliant. Elena, the Manager is on hand with any questions and they do have an office and a reception full (I mean full) of books and magazines. The entrance to the Apartments are at the back of the shops which is a little scruffy but do not let this put you off, just embrace it for what it is as it serves as a car park and the kitchens for the fronts. The shops and restaurants are not noisy when you are above, it actually adds to the ambience of being "downtown".
