We stayed in the Kokkinos Boutique Hotel between the 14th-25th September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our first impressions when arriving at the hotel were just mind blowing to be honest. After checking in just before midnight…we were amazed immediately by how beautiful the hotel looked all lit up in beautiful, red-neon lights, all the balcony’s have little tables that glow for several hours as soon as the sun comes down…looks beautiful alongside the lit up pool…Bravo for appearance!|When it comes to cleanliness…I would score the Hotel a resounding 10 out of 10. I even did a “Four in a Bed” cleanliness inspection throughout our stay…not a spec of dust anywhere…was incredibly clean. Not just our room, but everywhere throughout the hotel from the reception area, to the dining area where we had breakfast to the pool area…everywhere spotless and clean. Was incredible…Bravo Kokkinos…Big Well Done! Plus our room was cleaned every single day and looked immaculate every time we returned after a clean, with coffee/tea/toilet roll fully stocked up…was great! On top of all this the facilities themselves were bang on…furniture and fittings within the entire hotel all spot on, spanking brand new and modern…10 out of 10 Well Done!|With regards to the hospitality and the service within the hotel itself…it’s not good news I’m afraid…It’s Wonderful News!!!! Each and every employee of that hotel were so friendly, polite and efficient…always smiling, and always happy to help. From the cleaners to the waiters/waitresses at breakfast/pool area they are all doing a fantastic and efficient job…working tirelessly in providing a high quality service for all the guests…Well Done!|Talking of Breakfast…just two words to say…Box…and the other word is Office! Wow…if Carlsberg ever did Breakfasts…the variety was unreal…from Hash Browns, to Brussels Sprouts…had everything you could wish for. Always fully stocked as well even at peak times. Had everything! Let you into a little secret…Halloumi on Toast and Pain au Chocolates for afters…Wow…no going back I tell ya! |The location within Protaras of the Hotel was bang on. Right in the middle of where you wanted to be honest. A 5 minute walk to the beach which was excellent. And talking of the beach…the perfect spot to go is…turn right out of the hotel…walk towards the “Love Boat”…cross road directly opposite and walk down past the Capo Bay Hotel towards the beach…then turn right and walk in front of Capo Bay Hotel…and then after passing Capo Bay Hotel then take the steps down to the beach. Reason is…the beach here is clean as crystal…100% sandy in the sea ( no seaweed or rocks/pebbles)…and to clarify it’s the beach where the little island is in front of it. Beds are €2.50 each and a brolly is €2.50…so a couple going down will cost u €7.50…excellent value! We went on beach other side of the water sports set up…and was full of a lot more litter/debris…loads of seaweed and rocky/stones on seabed….so take that tip above on board…Trust me!!!…😉|Trips…We only did one…and it was the trip to Famagusta. Was brilliant and would really recommend doing. We went with a guy who was from Famagusta…and was really personalised as was in his own little mini bus. It only holds 6-7 people…his mini bus is spanking brand new…3 seats in back…3 in middle…and passenger and driver in front. Fully air conned amazing. He takes u on tour of the “No Man’s Land Zone” and does a guided tour. He lived there when it was invaded….tells u what every building was and the stars and celebs that stayed in these back in the day…..he’s a great guide…and far better than other tours that are over populated! A lot better personal tour…highly recommend…it was brilliant! €50 each went as a couple…picked up at 9:30am at hotel…was back for about 3pm at hotel…great day out! Get it booked if u get a chance! The Travel Tour shop near the cocktail bar ( Cartel - good tunes in there as well ) either just before or after it on same side …go there and ask for the local guy with his own brand new mini bus! Trust me! 😉Top guide and lovely bloke.|Last but not least…Food Glorious Food…where are the best places to eat I hear u say…Well…Happy Days…very nice, efficient service…defo give it go! And the Asian Outlet Lemongrass was our favourite….both excellent 10 out of 10 for deliciousness ( was a double delish job tbh)…and service was efficient and with a smile…a Bravo Job!|All in all…if I was asked to give a Net promoter Score for The Kokkinos Boutique Hotel for everything tied into one…location, service, hotel itself etc etc…would be a resounding 10 out of 10…and yes…would be an absolute no brainer…I would definitely love to return to this hotel again in the near future…in fact not if…but when!||All The...

The rooms were immaculate, with housekeeping maintaining a standard of cleanliness that left us impressed. It's evident that the hotel places a high priority on hygiene and guest comfort. The food served at their restaurant is really tasty and varied. The breakfast has each dish prepared using fresh ingredients and a large selection of food and coffee, tea, or juice. The deserts were also good. You can find meat options, lots of veggies, different cheeses and yoghurts, among other things. Read moreWe booked a standard inland view room as we were only staying for 2 nights. When we went to check in I was told that we'd been given the top floor room with the sea view! The room was lovely, the balcony spacious with a table & 2 chairs, also a pull out rack to put washing on. The room itself was spotlessly clean with access to a wardrobe by way of sliding bi-fold doors. There was a safe, a fridge which worked really well, we were provided with a large bottle of water & 2 chocolates & tea & coffee making facilities. The bathroom was quite big with a lovely walk-in shower, again, this was spotless. The whole room smelled lovely. All areas we went to were clean. Both ladies on reception were lovely, very polite & helpful. The room hairdryer blew up, so I took it to reception & was given a better one as a replacement. |The room rate included breakfast. The breakfast room was relatively small but we had no problem finding a table, you could also eat outside. The breakfast room was spotlessly clean & staff happy & polite. |We didn't use the pool area but it looked lovely & the pool looked very clean. There is also free parking at the back of the hotel.|I would 100% recommend this hotel. It was clean, in an amazing position as in the middle of the strip & all the staff were friendly & polite.|We will definitely return if we were returning to Protaras for a short break.|For a 3 star hotel, it's great value for money & I think it exceeds the 3...
