Maouris Hotel Apartments — Hotel in Paralimni

Great place, great owner Yiotis, thank you very much for your hospitality, care and a great stay. My wife and child rested in July 2023. The location of the hotel is very convenient, next to a beach that is among the top 20 beaches in the world, and according to the reviews of local residents and tourists, it is in the top 3 beaches in Cyprus - Fig Tree Bay. There are 3 small supermarkets nearby. Lidl is 15 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car. The place is at the same time quiet and at the same time very close to the central street - where there are many cafes and restaurants. In 3 minutes from the hotel there is a fish tavern where not only tourists but also local residents relax. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a swimming pool, deckchairs with umbrellas on the territory. The room was cleaned every day. It was a very pleasant surprise, returning to the 40-degree heat from the sea, to see a melon in the refrigerator. The owner of the hotel is a very caring person, always there, always helping, providing everything you need. He met them at the airport, helped them throughout the rest, contributed to a comfortable rest, borrowed an umbrella so as not to spend money, provided a transfer to the airport on the day of departure. Please ignore the below review of a person that has left 4 reviews and only stopped here twice!!!! She obviously has a grudge at paying for 2* but expecting 5* star half board!!! This place is the friendliest place i have ever stopped we left as friends rather than holiday makers, the location is perfect, the rooms are very clean but basic with a fridge and cooker and good air con. Never anyone around the pool so its like having your own villa!! Whatever you require the owner will put themselves out to please you. Never have i felt so safe in a place abroad as security is a priority of the owner.. while we were there someone was taken ill and he took them to the hospital and got them sorted, even took family members to and from to see them and also took them for a follow up appointment. I will be returning year after year as i love it and so did everyone else i spoke to who had been coming here for years and they all book again before they go home for their next visit....so i did too. Returning home tomorrow after another fabulous 4 week holiday staying at these Maouris apartments, would not want to stop anywhere else in Protaras, although rooms very basic they are very clean with suffient amenities to make your stay comfortable. You have full cooker, kettle and toaster what more do you want after all no one comes on holiday to stay in room to cook, no television but a joy to get away from the square box in corner of room to get out and enjoy this glorious island, with the wonderful restaurants and atmosphere, there is a fantastic swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. Yiotis, family and staff cannot do more to make your holiday friendly, helpful, relaxing and enjoyable.
