CAFE PENZION HRNČÍŘ — Hotel in okres Kutná Hora

AVOID!!! Unless you want to get sick. Probably the MOST DISGUSTING service I’ve ever received. We Only stopped in for a coffee and sweet treat as the decor and view was lovely.. the service however shocking! The very pretty muffin was BONE DRY I couldn’t get my fork through it. Latte was served cold and when asked for it to be heated a fuss was made and waitress seemed very annoyed that a hot drink was served cold. Half way through my Cappuccino I noticed the two sugar sachets served on the plate were stuck together by someone else’s chewing gum! (Bottom sachet used and torn and top not used so I didn’t realise till half way finishing my drink or I would have walked out) I called the waitress over and asked what on earth this is and she laughed and shrugged pretending not to understand yet didn’t seem shocked or surprised that someone else’s gum was on the plate I was served, almost as if she knew it was there, yet when I asked for the bill she fully understood every word and replied back in English! This woman is so disgusting, should not work in hospitality and by other similar reviews clearly...
