Factory Bistro — Restaurant in okres Kutná Hora

Friendly and attentive staff who spoke great English and took good care of us. Best fries I've ever had, confirmed by my wife. They were deep brown and crispy, but fluffy like mashed potatoes inside. It isn't enough to have incredible fries though; Factory makes an incredible burger to compliment the fries and it was eff-off out of this world. To top it all off they have a very modest house hot sauce which has seriously good flavor and very well balanced kick (ghost or habenero pepper and a vinegar base, great combo and very fresh!).

After walking around town, we were famished and looking for a nice place to relax and eat decently priced and tasty food… we found the exact thing at Factory Bistro. I ordered the #1 burger (with Brie) and my hubby had the pasta with pesto… both were excellent. I ordered the burger medium - which was a little rare for me, but the flavor was spot on. Dnesni cerstva zkusenost. Pote co jsme nemoudre neudelali rezervaci v doporucenych restauraci Ruthhardka ci 4sestry, jsme byli radi ze Factory melo na obed volno. Obsluha mila, jazykova vybabenost spicka. Ale jidlo zklamani. Takhle, byla jsem uz v horsich, ale za 299Czk losos se salatem (salat byl nahnily vespod, losos prinesen nedopeceny - s omluvou ho pak kuchyn dodelala - byt tu samou nakousnutou porci rybu namisto porce nove), pizza by byla super, ale zespodu uplne misty spalena (ne pizzove opalena, opravdu dohorka sezehla a to jsem si pak pri odchodu vsimla i u vedlejsiho stolu). Nejlepsi byl asi burger dvojka. Tam by to slo, ale celkovy dojem zkazila necerstva houska, tak 2 dny stara, vysusena, byt nejspis domaci. Hranolky i coleslaw mi chutnaly. Limonady fajn. Celkovy dojem vlastne az ne tak spatny, ale kdyz si to clovek secte tak vlastne zjisti, ze kazde jidlo melo problem. Cekani 35min pri obedove spicce bylo v pohode. Pri odchodu se pan cisnik nezeptal na zakaznikovu spokojenost tudiz tady mate mile bistro zpetnou vazbu. Mam totiz pocit, ze se obsluha zeptat neodvazovala.
