Penzion Zlatý vůl — Hotel in okres Znojmo

Penzion Zlaty Vul is a very old - but restored - building in an unbeatable situation just off the Square in Znojmo. We were welcomed by the most helpful lady ever who showed us our room - which was simply breathtaking. On three levels with a kitchen/dining area, (beer in the fridge!) then a seating area, then the sleeping area - it was huge, and beautiful. Then she accompanied us to a public parking area to leave our car. We stayed for two days, and the car seemed perfectly safe. Velmi negativna skusenost. neda sa hovorit o prozakaznicky orientovanom mieste. Izby su sice ciste, a pani, ktora nam predavala pokoj bola mila a snaziva, tym konci zoznam pozitiv.

Izbu sme objednali okolo 6 vecer telefonicky, pani (pravdepodobne) majitelka potvrdila ze zapne topeni. Upozornili sme ju, ze ideme s 3 mesacnym miminkom a uistila nas, ze izba sa vytopi. Prisli sme na pokoj kolem 9-pol 10 vecer a izba bola stale studena, na nase obrovske sklamanie sme zistili ze zo 4 topnych telies boli zapnute len 2 a aj tie boli na silu 6 z total 8, takze tolko o snahe vytopit. Ked sme si chceli dat teplu sprchu na zahriatie tak sme zistili ze tepla voda nie je, bojler nestihol vodu ohriat.

Rano som im dala priestor problem riesit, bolo nam povedane ze je to nasa chyba, ze sme pokoj objednali pozde. (A ponukli slevu 100 kc…urobte si vlastny nazor..)

Z mojho pohladu je to jednoznacne pochybenie ubytovania. V danom pripade nas mali odkazat na ine zariadenie, ktorych je v Znojme hodne. Neposkytovat zavadzajuce informacie. Jedina nasa chyba bola volba tohto miesta.

Beautifully appointed apartment in the city centre, all new and modern, bathroom even with a washing machine. Lovely host speaking both English and German and apparently beer bath are available as well! Was too hot to try that.|| Breakfast was really good. The only disadvantage is the parking, you can bring in the luggage but car needs to be parked in a city car...
