Pho Vy Vietnamese foods — Restaurant in Prague

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Absolutely unbelievable experience.

We were driving out of Prague. Stopped in front of the restaurant to let pedestrians pass, and could smell the magic coming out of the kitchen. Parked the car and popped in for what we expected to be a simple quick bite before we got onto the highway.

OMG.

Chef Michael is just amazing. So much happiness he pours into the food he makes. There is a saying in Asia that roughly translates to “the food is a reflection of the chef that makes it” and this is absolutely true here. I say this because, while the food is amazing, it’s so very simple, nothing fancy, but we’ve walked out just so incredibly happy.

It was also funny looking at the expression on Chef Michaels face, cause we ordered our meals, then ordered another set of dishes, and he packed it to go not realizing we just loved the food so much we wanted to just eat more 😁😁. We’re both between food comas now.

Excellent food. Brilliant flavor. Simple cooking. Ridiculously low prices. Huge portions. Hardly any wait time. Well packaged to take away. Don’t judge the place by the looks of it, it’s nothing fancy at all, the magic is all Michael.

I had bun bo nam bo several times in this place and I liked the taste. I also like that the interior is very clean and bright. The cook is a very pleasant smiling man, and the woman, who takes orders, could be a little bit nicer :)) but in general the place is good and I will definitely be a frequent client as I live not far...

Price to quality ratio is out of this world. The food was amazing, bun no nam bo for 130 kč with packaging and 1 summer roll for 25 kč? You don't get that price anywhere.
