Where should I start.... My girlfriend booked the Double bed apartment for a birthday visit to Prague. Let's start with the positive facts: The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the central station. The "design" idea is exceptional and original but probably not everybody's taste. The bathroom is functional with a good shower. The Fotos which can be found online are accurate. I have a rather negative perception of our stay. The apartment is located in the basement with barely daylight. The design concept made me feel like having fallen asleep in a subway - not my kink to be honest. Also I really had some safety concerns - the room has a fully electrical slide door with an "unlock cord" in case of emergency. No smoke detector installed and also no fire extinguisher available. The window is protected with bars from the outside. I definitely had the concern of being trapped in case...

The room is in basement, however the owners are not hiding it and it really gives great vibe of the Prague subway! As it is in the basement in quite humid environment - in order to not get your stuff damped the humidifier needs to work 24/7, which might cause some troubles for people who have a very shallow sleep (it gives some noise, but personally it did not bother me at all). The kitchen is very well equipped, even with a toaster. Very close to the train station, bus station and tram station where you can take the tram to the center. Not much light (one small window), but hey that’s the metro experience after all!
The only thing that could be better is shower room, which was leaking leaving water on the ground.
We will definitely consider staying...

The service man at the place wanted me (as a guest) to check the fuses (located at the top of the main hall, so I had to stand on a chair) for both apartments, which I found unprofessional.
He decided to turn of the fuse for the washing machine but was not sure that was the problem (No one used the washing machine)
We decided to find another hotel room.
If it was possible to give them 0 stars, I would...
