Scam! Stay away!

Our pre-booked spa bath was canceled a couple of hours before by Grandrelax due to ceiling collapse. The only way to book this was to pre-pay. We were told that we will get a refund but that didn't happened.

Grand Relax have comment on this feedback but still there are not giving back our refound! Stay away! (I replay this answer direct and ask for option with refound)

It was originally planned that the spa would remain operational until the hotel renovation was completed, but unfortunately, due to the current situation, this is no longer possible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to offer you the following alternative options: We would be happy to send you 4 gift vouchers for double the value with no expiration date. Bait-and-Switch — Paid for 60 Minutes, Got 30. Avoid This Place.

I booked a 60-minute HAWAIIAN Massage through Grand Relax for May 8, 2025, at 13:00, and prepaid 2,100 CZK well in advance. The booking clearly confirmed a full 60-minute session. However, when I arrived, I was shocked to receive only 30 minutes of head and neck massage—and nothing else.

Even worse, Grand Relax isn’t even the name of the spa you arrive at. The location operates under a different name entirely, and none of the employees wear “Grand Relax” uniforms. This was confusing and felt deliberately deceptive. The on-site staff claimed I had only paid for a 30-minute session, which is completely false. I had the confirmation to prove otherwise.

This experience felt like a scam — deceptive branding, unprofessional communication, and failure to deliver the service paid for. I received no resolution, no refund, and no accountability.

Do not book through Grand Relax. They misrepresent what you’re buying and pass you off to third parties with no guarantee of service. Absolute waste of...

We took the SAUNARIUM and in the website it is listed as a hot cold saunas and jacuzzi for an hour. We got there and they walked us into a room that is quite dark you barley see anything. All the rooms inside werw cold! Even the jacuzzi. The only hot thing was the 70/90 saunas, The Humam want working (the excuse was that they didn't have massages thia day there so it was cold), the steam sauna was smelly and cold, the jacuzzi(!) was COLD! (when we complained they said it was a relaxing jacuzzi for aftef the saunas for a hot cold experience, we could get in past our knees because of the cold.) So we didn't have fun, it was disappointing and not as advertised. After a cold day outside we expected a hot spa to have in for an hour and insted just wanted to get out as fast as we could. The staff was nice and we got another bottle of champagne but it was overall not a good experience especially...
