Traditional Czech Beer Spa — Local services in Prague

I genuinely don't understand how this place has a 4.9, maybe they pay for reviews! My friend and I stayed at the grandior and wanted to do the beer spa. We went down in the morning to make a reservation and we were rudely greeted by someone who works there saying they were not taking any reservations leave my number and they would whatsapp me. They never did. Determined to go we went back to the receptionist that was at the hotel lobby in the afternoon, booked a place for the next day. Got there for our appointment the same woman (who didn't remember us) said that our booking had been accidentally cancelled. There was nothing they could do. We asked for a refund, she said she could but only in cash and she would take 21% because of what the card took. So not only did we not get our reservation we had to pay 21% too! After arguing this, we got our money, sadly in case but still got it in full. Absolutely disappointing, please don't be fooled by this place, there are many other beer spas...

We were welcomed by the front desk who explained the initial process and gave us a robe, slippers, lockers etc that were required. We then met at the bar with Ram and were taken to the beer spa room. The process was explained and the tub was still being filled. The bath was nice and comfortable and the beer was good. My wife ordered a Prosecco at an extra charge and we were told we could press the buzzer for more service. We enjoyed the bath but no one came when we pressed the buzzer so we just went without (any extra Prosecco). We then enjoyed the wellness area (90 mins booked) although there were a couple of things out of order. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and would use again. The staff were very nice and the price...

The beer spa at Eden is brilliant!

We were not sure what to expect (bathing in full-beer or just a hoppy/watery-mix, or just bog-standard jaccuzi-water) but we were pleasantly surprised that the baths and the quality of beer is fantastic!

For any unsure visitors, it seems the bubble-bath is part mixed with beer, so its 98% water 2% beer in the hot tubs, but the smell is wonderful and the effect of the malt on your skin is wonderful!!

If you book a session for two, it is just for two (you are not grouped-in with strangers)

The beer on draught comes in light and dark option, all inclusive, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Afterwards full shower, robe and towel (inc Toiletries) provided.
