District 3 Prostor — Restaurant in Prague

My boyfriend and I were recommended this restaurant by a tour guide in Prague. We were intrigued to know that the chef/owner buys his ingredients fresh each day and does not have a set menu, rather, handwrites it each day! I’m vegan and he had a vegan option on the menu without even needing to ask. They carry a local Czech beer on tap (I believe crafted in Prague 2) which is fantastic!!! The chef/owner is an amazing guy and he talked to us at length. We had such a great time that my boyfriend asked if he could make us a 3 course meal on our last night in Prague, and he happily accepted! District 3 Bistro is a hidden gem! I recently moved to the area and they have welcomed me with open arms. The staff are great and extremely attentive and the owner is amazing!
