stayed here for 2 nights recently.
pros fantastic location. right next to San Francisco church/square. good looking rooms. large. well appointed. some with great view free breakfast included Victor and Angel - 2 guys at the front desk are great. Angel tried to get me a better room (with a view of the square and not a blank wall). and Victor took the initiative to buy coffee beans, and make coffee in the machine in the lobby. he even helped me at 4am as I was heading to the airport - gave me a packed breakfast and waited for me outside for the Uber. THANKS victor.
cons noise. a lot of it. but to be expected given the location i guess. 1 measly bottle of water per day. seriously? the "manager" (Angie) is terrible. zero help. not in the office - just a voice on the phone. speaks zero english. thinks her job is to say NO to all requests by guests. this other woman (don't know her name, see photo below) is equally bad. i asked for coffee from the coffee machine that was outside my room in the lobby. her answer - "its broken", i said no - victor made coffee yesterday. so she calls "Angie" who says - its "dangerous" and "broken". terrible service from these...

Highly recommended as the location is perfect. Only 1 minute from the metro and about 3 minutes to...
