There steak is terrible quality. I went twice. I ordered a steak each time. The first time I ordered the bife chorizo Strip Steak. It the season was good but the steak itself was very chewy and hard to cut. It had a lot of fiber. I ordered it rare so the steak should be very soft and it wasn’t.

I decided to come back because the reviews are good so I thought I was unlucky. I ordered the rib-eye. I ordered rare term. This is my favorite cut and I order it all the time. It was stringy and hard to cur. I had them cook it longer hoping that it would be edible. Unfortunately it wasn’t good.

They told me I couldn’t exchange it. I was going to order a burger but the family next to me who ordered 5 burgers said they were just average.

This is my experience and unfortunately it was not pleasant. If you go anyways and are not happy with the quality, I recommend you write a review like I did so the restaurant does...

Craving steak, place looked ok, asked for a medium rare picanha, I told the waiter 3 times I like it medium rare 1/4 When it was taking long I asked again, waiter said chef knew.

Steak comes out dry almost well done

Apologies from the cook, no offer to replace the dry almost carbonized meat, ate the dry steak any way because I didn't want to wait for a second try and had to run back to work.

If you love steak think twice, make sure waiter knows what you want (even if you think you said it clear) or ask to prepare it yourself (a bit clueless cook asked if I wanted it blue, or raw)

We ordered strip steak and steak Picanha. It was mediocre for my partner’s steak, as for mine, it was tough ( it was a medium cooked steak).i had one bite and spit it out as it tasted like rubber. Potatoes were simply too salty. I had to cut out the outer layer of the potatoes to eat a few of them. Service was good and it was a cute set up. If i had read Terminator’s review and saw his steak (looked similar to my partner’s), we wouldn’t have tried this restaurant. When my partner was paying for the food, the manager was apologetic and waived my steak. I returned to my hotel eating crackers. I will not recommend...
